Summary of the Austerlitz German Shepherd Dogs Guarantee

Here at Austerlitz German Shepherd Dogs, we stand behind every puppy that we breed. All of our puppies are covered by our Puppy Guarantee and Contract. We happily provide a lifetime of advice and support for our puppies and their families. If you live near Tulsa, we can also provide "hands-on" training and help as needed.

Highlights of our guarantee:

• All puppies are guaranteed to be healthy upon arrival and to be free of any pre-existing health problems. We ask that you have your veterinarian examine your new puppy and his health records (that we provide) within 48 hours of his arrival to your home.
• All puppies are guaranteed to be eligible for registration with the AKC and that all paperwork needed for registration will be provided to you, in a timely manner, following our receipt of the litter paperwork from AKC. (Please note that all pet puppies are placed on AKC Limited Registration.)
• All puppies are guaranteed to be from the parents and litter listed on the contract and AKC registration application.
• All puppies are guaranteed to have normal hips and elbows. All hips and elbow x-ray films must be processed through the OFA. Please read the appropriate portion of our guarantee for details.
• All puppies are guaranteed to be suitable to your situation and needs.
• Our show and working prospects are also guaranteed to be free of faults of structure that would render the dog ineligible for Breed Survey Class 1 or 2. This includes, but is not limited to: non-erect ears, incorrect dentition and improper coat.
