 Victor "Okie" v.d. burg Austerlitz, 11 weeks (out of Lucy v.d. burg Austerlitz) "I have been meaning to contact you and tell you how Okie is doing and I apologize for not doing so earlier. In a word, Okie is doing GREAT. We had his hips checked a month or so ago and everything is fine with no sign of dysplasia. He is absolutely beautiful. Okie's biggest thing (outside of "doggie school") is riding with Rosebud in the back seat of my 4-door pickup on the weekend and curling up in my office when I have work to do. Everywhere we go, Okie turns heads with his great looks. He is, as were my other Shepherds, my best bud. His training is coming along well. Okie is really intelligent and athletic and has taken to the agility as you said he would. He is incredibly strong and moves as well as if not better than the other dogs, including the smaller ones. He really minds well as I took my time with him and used rewards for training. Hope all goes well. I was pleased to learn you are still raising GSs as you have a great bloodline and obviously know how to breed. Thanks again for bringing Okie into our lives. E.D." |
